Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you will need to cancel a lesson and the earliest you can let us know, the less chance that a cancellation fee may apply. The reason we need to apply a cancellation fee for late cancellations is to cover charges the Academy may incur for teachers we have booked on your behalf and for room hire charges.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your lesson, no cancellation charge will apply. 

 

If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours' notice, then the cancellation fee is 50% of your lesson fee.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, then the cancellation fee is the full amount of your lesson fee.

Any waiving of the cancellation fee is at the discretion of the Musical Director only.
